We’re looking for an Associate Enablement Manager to support our Sales Development Representative (SDR) organization—the engine that drives our pipeline and fuels our growth. The SDR team is a fast-paced, high-volume environment where rapid skill acquisition, process discipline, and consistent execution are critical to success.
In this role, your superpower is execution and flawless organization. You will be responsible for managing multiple onboarding cohorts simultaneously, ensuring every new SDR is equipped with the tools, playbooks, and confidence they need to hit the ground running. Beyond onboarding, you will manage multiple enablement projects at once—from outbound sequencing updates to tech stack rollouts. As a strategic partner to SDR Leadership, Marketing, and Operations, you will translate process and strategy into highly structured, actionable training that accelerates ramp time and drives pipeline. This is a high-impact role with a clear growth path, including the opportunity to take ownership of major workstreams and scale into an Enablement Manager role.
What you’ll do
Manage Multi-Cohort Onboarding: Own the end-to-end execution of our SDR onboarding program, managing multiple overlapping cohorts at different stages of their ramp period without dropping the ball.
Drive Execution & Process: Build the foundational cold-calling, emailing, objection-handling, and qualification skills of SDRs so they can consistently book high-quality meetings.
Coordinate Concurrent Projects: Efficiently balance multiple enablement initiatives at once, ensuring project timelines for playbooks, campaigns, and tools are met seamlessly.
Create Structured Resources: Maintain, update, and deliver playbooks, talk tracks, sequence templates, and workflow guides that reinforce outbound and inbound best practices.
Optimize the Tech Stack: Train the team on maximizing efficiency within our SDR tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Nooks, ZoomInfo) and track usage compliance.
Measure & Iterate: Leverage data, scorecards, and LMS metrics to track onboarding ramp times and identify areas for ongoing upskilling and programmatic improvement.
Facilitate High-Energy Training: Deliver engaging, structured group sessions, call blitzes, and roleplay workshops that build pipeline-generation momentum.
What you’ll need
Experience: BA/BS degree and 1–2 years of experience in sales enablement, as a high-performing SDR/BDR, or in a project management role within a B2B SaaS go-to-market function.
The "Execution" Superpower: Hyper-organized, detail-oriented, and project-disciplined. You have a proven track record of managing multiple complex projects or cohorts simultaneously with zero oversight.
SDR Savvy: Familiarity with modern inbound/outbound sales methodologies, sequencing strategy, cold calling, and pipeline generation.
Tech Stack Fluency: Quick learner with the ability to navigate and train others on tools like CRM (Salesforce), Sales Engagement Platforms and Conversational Intelligence
Communication & Facilitation: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable commanding a room, coaching competitive personalities, and running high-energy workshops.
Thrives in Speed: Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly and execution speed is a competitive advantage.
Action-Oriented: A proactive problem-solver with a strong bias toward action, execution, and driving absolute clarity out of ambiguity.
Adult Learning Foundations: An understanding of how to optimize training for adult learners, ensuring onboarding is interactive, practical, and execution-focused rather than purely theoretical.
