Accountabilities:

    • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the industrial gases market, expanding the customer base in the assigned region.
    • Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, contract closure, and relationship development.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring long-term engagement and customer satisfaction.
    • Monitor market trends, customer needs, competitor actions, and industry opportunities to support commercial strategies.
    • Contribute to market positioning strategies through analysis of risks, opportunities, and business intelligence.
    • Manage the commercialization of industrial gases products and equipment within the assigned territory.
    • Provide technical and commercial support to customer portfolios and ongoing negotiations.
    • Ensure achievement of monthly sales targets through structured market actions and customer development initiatives.
    • Analyze key performance indicators, including sales volume, market share, and pricing performance.
    • Review monthly results, identify improvement opportunities, and create action plans to increase performance.
    • Negotiate pricing, contracts, terms, and conditions with prospective and existing customers.
    • Demonstrate technical knowledge and industry expertise to create trust and value throughout the customer journey.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
      • Proven experience developing new customers and generating business opportunities, preferably within the industrial gases sector.
      • Previous experience in B2B sales prospecting and consultative selling.
      • Strong ability to build relationships and establish rapport with stakeholders at different organizational levels.
      • Ability to analyze markets, identify opportunities, and develop commercial strategies.
      • Experience selling industrial gases or related products is considered a strong advantage.
      • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
      • Strategic mindset with strong results orientation.
      • Proactive, adaptable, and flexible approach to problem-solving and customer management.
      • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
      • Valid driver’s license (Category B).
      • Experience with Power BI is considered a plus.
