Accountabilities

    • Assess and analyze provider fee schedules to support network performance and business objectives.
    • Negotiate mutually beneficial fee schedule adjustments with contracted dental providers using available data and established guidelines.
    • Research, investigate, and resolve a variety of provider-related inquiries and operational issues.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with contracted providers while delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Make every reasonable effort to retain providers within the dental network by addressing concerns and resolving termination requests.
    • Collaborate with internal network teams on cross-functional initiatives and special projects.
    • Ensure contractual obligations and procedural turnaround times are consistently met.
    • Expand knowledge of network strategies, policies, and operational processes to support continuous improvement.
    • Requirements

      • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
      • Minimum of 3 years of experience within the dental insurance industry.
      • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
      • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build productive relationships.
      • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
      • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting productivity and service expectations.
      • Demonstrated initiative, intellectual curiosity, and commitment to improving processes.
      • Self-motivated, collaborative, and customer-focused with a positive, results-oriented mindset.
      • Ability to work remotely with occasional travel (up to 10%) for team meetings or project-related activities.
      • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
