As a Bartender, you will be a key part of the guest experience, delivering high-quality beverage service with efficiency, accuracy, and a warm, engaging attitude. You will prepare and serve drinks to fans quickly and responsibly while maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is knowledgeable about a variety of beverages, and is passionate about creating a fun and memorable experience for every guest. Your ability to balance speed, service, and professionalism will help elevate the overall fan experience during every event. The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need. This role will pay an hourly rate of $11.98 and is tip eligible. Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matching. This position will remain open until September 25, 2026. Responsibilities Demonstrate the ability to meet the company standard for excellence in the areas of guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards.Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described.Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures for serving alcoholic drinks, including state/federal regulations pertaining to the distribution of alcohol.Responsible for learning or having knowledge of various beer, wine varieties & spirits available and being able to learn to suggestively upsell products to guests.Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards for serving size.Check the guest's ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.Communicate a cut-off to a guest as required.Listening and responding to any customer requests or concerns.Bartenders are expected to...
