Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. Northrop Grumman’s Aeronautics Systems sector is seeking a Staff RF Antenna Cosite Engineer to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in defining the future.  This position will be located in Melbourne, FL.The successful candidate will contribute to the overall development and integration of RF Subsystems, including analyzing performance, developing and managing requirements and interfaces, and verifying/validating all allocated requirements.Responsibilities include: Support development and integration of communications and other RF subsystems and components to meet platform mission objectivesRequirements development, analysis, maturation and implementation translating customer requirements into derived specificationsPerform Computational Electromagnetic (CEM) antenna analysis for source/victim (co-site) analysisConducting detailed trade studiesPerforming risk analysis and developing mitigation plans and tracking to closureCollaborate with engineers and program stakeholdersDeveloping and maintaining supplier documentation, performance based specifications, and statements of workTechnical management of program strategic partners and suppliers, including...
