We are seeking candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. Skills and Competencies 5+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR operations, or a related field, preferably in a multinational environment.  Advanced expertise in benefits programs, regulations, and cross-border considerations  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage complex scenarios independently  Proven ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and deliver in fast-paced global environments  Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, translating complex topics for diverse audiences  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS/benefits administration systems  Proactive, forward-thinking mindset with focus on process improvement, operational excellence, and use of emerging technologies (e.g., AI); multilingual skills are a plus Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.  Education  Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related disciplineResponsibilities Leads and supports global benefits delivery, ensuring compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement while partnering with stakeholders. Lead the day-to-day management and delivery of benefits programs across assigned countries, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with Moody’s global standards. Independently manage complex benefit cases, escalations, and problem resolution, exercising sound judgment and expertise. Ensure accurate and timely processing of benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations, with a strong focus on data integrity and quality. Oversee data accuracy and governance within benefits administration systems, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies. Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for employee benefit inquiries, providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members as needed. Lead and...
