Senior Technician (ICT Systems Operations and Maintenance)
Role responsibilities
The Senior Technician will deliver first call resolution and perform Level 1 support for incidents and request fulfillment. They will also install and maintain CIS assets and software, record actions in the ticket management system, and provide status updates to users.
Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in installation, operation, and maintenance of computer systems, as well as system administration of Microsoft Windows 11. Good communication skills and experience with service desk management and ticketing systems are also essential.
