You will also educate customers and support the move to production, ensuring seamless delivery of our automation platform. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Implement Solutions Across Portfolio: Implement and install/upgrade solutions across the portfolio, ensuring timely and effective delivery of our automation platform. • Educate Customers: Educate customers on the automation platform, providing them with the knowledge and support needed to successfully utilize the solution. • Support Move to Production: Support the move to production, ensuring that all solutions are thoroughly tested and meet customer requirements. • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet customer needs and are delivered on time. • Deliver High-Quality Solutions: Deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer requirements and adhere to our delivery methodology. **Required technical and professional expertise** Responsibilities * Lead the implementation, installation, and configuration of the TBM solution. * Integrate the platform with enterprise systems and multiple data sources. * Support the design and implementation of the TBM (Technology Business Management) framework and ensure adherence to best practices. * Provide post-implementation support and hypercare (assisted operation). * Deliver customized training sessions for administrators, operators, and business users. * Conduct technical workshops, knowledge transfer sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings. * Act as a trusted advisor during solution adoption, driving user enablement and change management. * Recommend and implement best practices to maximize solution adoption, governance, and business value.
