Job Description Responsibilities: Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to identify bottlenecks, risks and other issues Evaluate and report on KPIs on a monthly basis with a focus on continuous improvement to improve gross margin for the automotive business unit Monitor logistics for finished goods to ensure on time delivery based on inventory target Act as a escalation contact for customers and for Supply Chain Planners Train, guide, and develop employees Problem solving on day-to-day operations Work with cross-functional colleagues (Sales, Finance, Engineering, Quality) to ensure an excellent level of service for our customers Develop data driven business cases to support negotiations with Account Management team Review parts requirements and delivery schedules Monitor Engineering Changes and end of life programs to avoid obsolesence Identify gaps on demand/supply to proactively correct errors/issues Collaborate with Logistics teams to optimize transportation and distribution processes, when required Provide yearly performance reviews and ongoing feedback for the Supply Chain Team Be an active member of the supply chain leadership team to strengthen the Sales and Operations Planning process to optimize performance Requirements: Solid understanding of Customer Account Management (Automotive preferred) Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes Working experience of Automotive Industry preferred Strong communication skills Excellent organizational and project management skills Attention to detail Creative problem-solving Negotiation skills A strategic and analytical mind Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc) SAP experience and knowledge is preferred. Written and spoken Korean and English languages Preferred Experience: 6+ years of experience as a supply chain Supervisor or in a similar field 5+ years of Customer Service experience Experience in warehouse/ 3PL operation Experience to work on a fast-paced environment while maintaining an individual workload.
