You will be responsible for end-to-end data migration delivery — from source profiling through cutover validation — working at the intersection of SAP functional knowledge, data engineering, data cleansing, and data quality practice. YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Design and execute data migration strategies for SAP implementations (greenfield, brownfield, or selective data transition)Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to extract, transform, and load legacy data into SAP target structuresPerform source system data profiling and quality assessments; document migration rules and transformation logicDesign and execute data cleansing workflows — including deduplication, standardization, null handling, referential integrity checks, and business-rule-driven corrections — prior to and during migration loadsDevelop and maintain migration objects using SAP Data Services, LSMW, BAPI/IDOC frameworks, or MIGRATE (SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit)Leverage Dataiku DSS to orchestrate data preparation, cleansing, and transformation pipelines across migration workstreamsCollaborate with SAP functional consultants to validate business rules and reconcile data mapping gapsExecute mock migration cycles, reconciliation reporting, and defect resolution ahead of go-liveDefine and enforce cutover data migration runbooks and sequence plansPartner with data governance and MDM teams to align migrated data to target data standardsSupport post-migration hypercare: triage data incidents, validate production loads, and close reconciliation gaps YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in data migration roles on SAP projects (ECC or S/4HANA)Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit or equivalent toolingStrong SQL skills; ability to write complex transformation, cleansing, and reconciliation queriesDemonstrated experience designing and executing data cleansing programs: deduplication, format standardization, referential integrity validation, and enrichmentHands-on experience with Dataiku DSS — including Flow design, recipe authoring (visual and code), and pipeline orchestration for data preparation and migration workstreamsExperience with SAP data domains: Material Master, Customer/Vendor (BP), Finance (GL/AP/AR), or Plant MaintenanceUnderstanding of SAP data structures, table relationships, and key object dependenciesProficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Shell) for automation and reconciliationExperience executing full migration lifecycle: extract → profile → cleanse → map → load → validate Preferred QualificationsExperience with SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) or MDM integrationFamiliarity with Collibra or equivalent data governance/quality platformsExposure to RISE with SAP or BTP data migration patternsKnowledge of SAP IDOC processing and error handlingDataiku DSS certification or advanced platform knowledge (custom Python/R recipes, MLflow integration, API node deployment)Experience in regulated or high-volume manufacturing, distribution, or recreational products environmentsFamiliar or exposure to PowerBi reporting tool or equivalent What You BringMethodical approach to data quality — you don't just move data, you improve itA cleansing-first mindset: you treat dirty data as a design problem, not a migration footnoteAbility to translate between SAP functional teams and data engineering without losing fidelity on either sideComfort operating in ambiguity during active migration cycles under cutover pressureExperience using Dataiku to accelerate and democratize data preparation without sacrificing...
