You will greet guests with a smile and ensure they feel valued from the moment they walk in. As a Food and Beverage Attendant / Barista, you’re not just making guests feel at home – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Create memorable guest experiences: Deliver friendly, engaging, and personalized service that makes every guest feel welcome.
- Prepare exceptional coffee and beverages: Craft high-quality espresso-based coffees, teas, and specialty beverages in line with brand and recipe standards.
- Maintain coffee quality standards: Ensure consistency in beverage preparation, presentation, and taste while operating coffee equipment safely and efficiently.
- Support operations: Monitor stock levels, replenish supplies, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and service areas.
- Support food and beverage service: Work closely with the Food and Beverage team to deliver a seamless dining experience, including serving beverages, assisting with food delivery when required, and ensuring guests receive attentive and efficient service.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards: Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment for guests and Team Members.
- Work collaboratively with the team: Support fellow Team Members during busy service periods and contribute to a positive and productive workplace culture.

In addition, this role requires the following minimum qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus
- Previous experience as a Barista in a café, restaurant, hotel, or similar fast-paced hospitality environment
Demonstrated ability to prepare espresso-based coffee and operate commercial coffee equipment confidently - Excellent communication, grooming, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Friendly, professional, and guest-focused
- Able to work flexible shifts
