**Overview**
Our client, a growing consultancy operating across the US, is looking to bring in a strong Software Engineer with a focus on C# to support a pipeline of enterprise projects. You’ll work across multiple client environments, delivering scalable, high-quality solutions within modern Microsoft ecosystems.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+)
- Contribute across the full software development lifecycle
- Build and integrate APIs and distributed systems
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and client stakeholders
- Support technical design and architectural decisions
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Troubleshoot and optimise performance across applications
**Key Skills & Experience**
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET (Core / .NET 6+)
- Experience building RESTful APIs and microservices
- Solid SQL/database experience (SQL Server preferred)
- Exposure to Azure (App Services, Functions, DevOps, etc.)
- Understanding of modern engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, version control)
- Consultancy or client-facing experience beneficial
**Nice to Have**
- Front-end exposure (React, Angular, etc.)
- Experience with Docker / Kubernetes
- Event-driven or distributed architecture experience
- Experience working across multiple projects or industries
