Accountabilities:
- Own the administration, configuration, performance, security, and reliability of the ERP platform, including roles, permissions, workflows, forms, records, dashboards, saved searches, and issue resolution.
- Lead coordinated system changes by partnering with Finance, Business Operations, IT, application owners, and external technology partners.
- Manage the health of integrations and data flows between ERP and connected enterprise systems, ensuring data accuracy, ownership clarity, and effective issue resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define requirements, troubleshoot issues, validate solutions, and support integration enhancements.
- Support business processes including project operations, billing, revenue management, accounts payable, expenses, reporting, and financial operations.
- Establish and maintain ERP standards, documentation, governance practices, and system best practices.
- Drive user adoption through stakeholder communication, training support, user acceptance testing, and effective change management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and maintain a roadmap of enhancements aligned with business priorities.
- Own ERP release management, including feature evaluation, testing strategies, deployment coordination, and post-release validation.
- Guide roadmap planning and prioritization decisions with cross-functional business leaders.
- Act as a proactive problem solver by identifying risks, communicating progress, and driving issues through resolution.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that reduce recurring issues and improve enterprise application efficiency.
- 5–8+ years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience, preferably within a complex, multi-system enterprise environment.
- NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes, including AP, AR, billing, revenue recognition, reporting, and project-based financial operations.
- Experience managing integrations and data flows between NetSuite and enterprise applications such as CRM, PSA, HRIS, AP automation, expense management, BI platforms, or middleware solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot NetSuite workflows, scripts, integrations, and customization issues.
- Knowledge of SuiteFlow, saved searches, dashboards, custom fields, custom records, forms, permissions, and data quality management.
- Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteQL/SQL, or development concepts is a plus.
- Prior experience supporting ERP solutions in a services-based or project-based organization.
- Familiarity with PSA/project platforms and related systems such as project management tools, CRM platforms, expense solutions, revenue management tools, or comparable enterprise applications is preferred.
- Experience working within enterprise applications teams and coordinating with multiple system owners and technical resources.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to support collaboration with teams across different time zones, including UK-facing morning hours.
