About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Person to join our Fleet Support Team. This critical role combines strategic acquisition with dedicated account management to drive growth for high-value fleets and taxi associations. You will be instrumental in expanding our vehicle business in Mexico by building long-term, high-touch relationships with our most strategic partners, ensuring their successful acquisition, onboarding, and sustained growth on the platform. This role will leverage a hyper-local, in-person approach, operating from a Greenlight structure and aligning closely with our operations team.

What You'll Do:

  1. Identity and acquired high-value fleet associations through various methods like events, field recruiting, market intelligence, and lead segmentation.
  2. Maintain frequent communication via different channels with the assigned Accounts (Fleets)
  3. Solve fleet partner requests and escalations on time, and follow up on recommendations being implemented
  4. Analyze and track Fleet’s performance trends and issues, proactively reach out and offer solutions on how to boost their efficiencies 
  5. Be an expert in your area and ‘go to’ person in your area of expertise - Fleet Management & Support by sharing learnings and insights, and offering recommendations
  6. Support in processes to optimize the acquisition and engagement of our partners.
  7. Expand our fleet partner relationships in your area and acquire new cooperation partners
  8. Collaborate with different teams and key stakeholders in Uber (Operations, Customer Support, etc)
  9. Expand our fleet partner relationships in your area and acquire new cooperation partners

What You'll Need:

  • English language - Basic; Spanish language - Fluent
  • Previous experience in Sales, B2B, or Key account management, or customer-facing role experience. 
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to adapt the approach for internal versus external stakeholders
  • Solid analytical skills and attention to detail, ability to see ‘the forest and the trees.’
  • Business Acumen: Understand the interrelationships of key operating metrics as well as the impact business decisions have on these metrics
  • Be organized, determined, and possess a critical thinking ability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish trust with internal/external stakeholders (Fleet Partners, Ops and CommOps)
