Accountabilities

    • Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, guiding them in structuring and executing complex RFPs and sourcing events across direct and indirect spend categories.
    • Collaborate with customers to understand procurement objectives, constraints, and success criteria, and translate them into effective platform configurations and solutions.
    • Support high-value sourcing activities such as e-auctions, bid sheet design, scenario analysis, and advanced sourcing workflows.
    • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and provide hands-on support during sales cycles to build customer confidence and drive conversion.
    • Identify opportunities to expand customer value through best practices, use cases, and success stories that promote platform adoption and growth.
    • Translate customer feedback and real-world procurement challenges into structured input for Product and Engineering teams.
    • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless solution design, onboarding, and execution.
    • Support the development of scalable procurement solutions that improve efficiency, transparency, and decision-making for enterprise customers.
    • Requirements

      • 3+ years of experience in procurement, procurement consulting, or within a procurement-focused SaaS or enterprise software environment.
      • Proven hands-on experience managing or supporting RFPs, e-auctions, or structured sourcing events across direct and indirect spend categories.
      • Strong understanding of enterprise procurement processes, sourcing methodologies, and digital procurement tools.
      • Excellent analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and the ability to work with complex data models and enterprise systems.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
      • Ability to translate technical and business requirements into clear, practical, and value-driven recommendations.
      • Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environments.
      • Strong written and verbal English communication skills with a focus on clarity and precision.
      • Familiarity with AI-driven procurement tools and interest in digital transformation in sourcing is a strong plus.
