Accountabilities:

    • Define and own the product roadmap for engineered power feeder solutions, including cable bus systems and related power distribution products, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demand.
    • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept development and validation through commercialization and launch execution.
    • Conduct comprehensive product audits across documentation, specifications, certifications, and commercial assets to ensure accuracy and completeness.
    • Identify and resolve gaps in product materials, technical documentation, compliance requirements, and market readiness in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
    • Develop and maintain high-quality product collateral, including datasheets, installation guides, application notes, and submittal templates.
    • Partner closely with engineering, operations, sales, and external stakeholders to ensure product integrity, feasibility, and market fit.
    • Perform market research and competitive analysis to inform roadmap prioritization, innovation opportunities, and product enhancements.
    • Support strategic customer engagements by partnering with sales to develop value propositions and technical solutions for key accounts.
    • Monitor product performance metrics such as profitability, adoption, and customer feedback to guide continuous improvement.
    • Translate complex technical specifications into clear, accessible messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
      • 5+ years of experience in product management or product marketing within electrical infrastructure, power distribution, industrial, or commercial markets.
      • Strong technical literacy, including the ability to interpret electrical schematics, engineering drawings, specifications, and installation documentation.
      • Demonstrated experience managing technical products through full lifecycle development in fast-paced environments.
      • Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
      • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
      • Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is preferred.
      • Solid understanding of customer applications, field use cases, and industry standards in power or infrastructure systems.
      • Highly self-directed, with the ability to build structure and process in evolving product environments.
      • Willingness and ability to travel internationally approximately 25–30%, including possession of a valid passport.
