Accountabilities:

• Create high-performing video content including product launches, social media ads, brand films, and short-form clips designed to drive engagement and conversions.
• Use advanced AI tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, Kling, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, and emerging platforms) to generate, edit, and enhance video, image, voice, and audio content.
• Lead projects end-to-end from concept development and creative ideation through production, editing, and final delivery.
• Design motion graphics, product animations, kinetic typography, and visual storytelling elements to elevate brand perception.
• Produce content optimized for multiple formats including TikTok, Instagram Reels, paid ads, and website hero videos.
• Maintain a consistent and premium visual identity across all video outputs.
• Continuously test, iterate, and optimize creative based on performance insights and audience engagement.

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video production, motion design, or short-form content creation.
• Hands-on experience using AI creative tools and a strong interest in emerging generative technologies.
• Excellent visual storytelling skills with a strong sense of pacing, composition, and emotional impact.
• Ability to independently develop ideas and execute them from concept to final output with minimal direction.
• Deep understanding of what drives attention in short-form content, including strong hooks and retention techniques.
• Strong taste level with the ability to differentiate between premium, average, and low-quality creative output.
• Experience creating content for social media, digital ads, or fast-paced brand environments is a strong plus.
