Through our mentoring system, we cultivate professional growth and innovation.Let’s start a conversation now and get a head start later in the recruitment process!Explore more about us through our Website, LinkedIn, and YouTube!Job DescriptionWhat Will You Do?Infrastructure & Tooling: Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of robust development tools and scalable infrastructure that support the engineering lifecycle.Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between stakeholders and the engineering team, translating business requirements into technical specifications.Automation & Optimization: Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize CI/CD pipelines for faster, more reliable releases.Quality Assurance: Review and test code authored by team members, providing detailed analysis and ensuring high-quality deployments.Security & Compliance: Proactively safeguard systems against cybersecurity threats and maintain a "security-first" approach to infrastructure.Incident Management: contribute to troubleshooting technical issues, developing long-term "fixes," and manage software updates and patches.Process Governance: Partner with developers to ensure all software engineering follows established best practices and architectural standards.Microservices Integration: Support the configuration and seamless integration of microservices in a containerized environment.QualificationsWhat You Need to Apply:Minimum 3 years of experience in a DevOps Engineer role or a closely related Software Engineering position.Basic understanding of Frontend or Backend development; you understand the code as well as the infrastructure.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, JenkinsAt least basic Infrastructure as Code (IaC) knowledgeContainerization: Proficient in Docker and KubernetesExperience with at least one cloud provider (preferably Azure)Good understanding of database technologies, with a preference for NoSQL environments Familiarity with Agile/Scrum frameworks and workflows.Soft Skills & MindsetAnalytical Thinker: Proficient in technical analysis and troubleshooting with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Operational Excellence: High attention to detail regarding technical processes and system reliability.Collaborative Spirit: A team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude and excellent communication skills.Growth Mindset: Naturally curious and eager to learn new technologies and improve existing processes.Language: Full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
