Software Engineer Task Author (AI Training)

Role responsibilities

As a Task Author, you will design and calibrate authentic engineering challenges that test AI agents. You will also write scoring rubrics, set up task environments, and validate tasks by solving them yourself.

Requirements

Candidates must be working software engineers with hands-on experience in production environments and strong debugging skills. Familiarity with Git, version control workflows, and the ability to write and verify code fixes are essential.
