Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and implement enterprise Identity Governance and risk management frameworks supporting business continuity and operational resilience.
- Provide technical leadership for identity governance architecture, automation, and systems integration across complex enterprise environments.
- Develop and support identity governance applications and solutions leveraging modern programming and integration standards.
- Integrate Identity Governance platforms with LDAP directories, databases, operating systems, network devices, and application servers.
- Support deployment and configuration of multi-platform and multi-language enterprise environments, including web-based and API-driven systems.
- Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and solutions to meet evolving security and business requirements.
- Plan, install, and modify enterprise systems to support identity governance and access management functions.
- Ensure secure access and interoperability across distributed systems using industry standards and protocols.
- Minimum of 10 years of expert-level systems engineering experience in Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) and/or Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Strong experience with Oracle Identity Manager, Oracle Access Manager, and Oracle SOA Suite (12c or higher).
- Experience supporting DoD or federal environments, including Oracle-based IAM solutions in IL5 cloud environments (OCI preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Middleware products, Linux and Windows operating systems, networking concepts, and Java programming.
- Proven experience designing and supporting identity governance solutions in large-scale, secure enterprise environments.
- Strong systems integration experience across heterogeneous platforms and enterprise architectures.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive designation or Tier 3 (T3) clearance.
