Eurofins offers a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods to evaluate the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability and purity of biological substances and products.Job DescriptionPerform laboratory tests following prescribed procedures across specialtiesCalculate and accurately record test resultsOperate, calibrate, maintain, and perform checks on laboratory equipmentTroubleshoot basic analyzer malfunctions and notify management when neededPrepare reagents and media per established proceduresEvaluate reagents, media, and calibrators using defined criteriaConduct quality control (QC) on tests, equipment, reagents, media, and productsReview QC results and implement corrective actions when requiredFollow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Maintain accurate documentation and records in compliance with quality systemsSupport company values, ethics, and leadership principlesEnsure adherence to quality management system expectationsQualificationsMinimum Education RequirementsBachelor’s degree in one of the following (or related field) from an accredited institution:Chemical sciencePhysical scienceBiological/clinical laboratory scienceMedical technologyLicensing / Certification Requirements (if applicable)Must meet state-specific requirements where required:California: Licensed Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CDPH)Georgia: Certification via ASCP, AMT, NCA, or AABWork Experience & SkillsNo prior transplant testing experience requiredKnowledge of:Medical technology principles, methods, and techniquesChemistry, biology, and bacteriology fundamentalsRecent developments in medical technologyAbility to:Perform tasks according to proceduresMake accurate observations and maintain recordsSkilled in using laboratory equipmentStrong organizational and planning skillsHigh attention to detailStrong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteCustomer-focused mindsetEnvironmental & Safety RequirementsMust follow all safety and exposure proceduresRequired to use provided personal protective equipment (PPE)Must handle hazardous materials safelyRefer to Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for chemical hazardsAdditional InformationCompensation:$23.50-$26.00 per hourSchedule:Sunday- Wednesday (22:00-08:30) or Tuesday-Friday (22:00-08:30)What we offer:Excellent full time benefits including comprehensive medical coverage, dental, and vision optionsLife and disability insurance401(k) with company matchPaid vacation and holidaysEurofins USA Clinical Diagnostics is a Disabled and...
