- To be able to promote Honeywell OEM products and solution to the responsible region, and to achieve sales target. Honeywell OEM product includes but not limited to laser engine, area imaging engine, decoding software, boxed scanner products.
- To be able to identify and influence project decision maker to spec-in Honeywell Scanning and mobility product and close the project
- Develop and maintain customer relationship, contacting end user and system integrator to achieve sales target
- Develop strategy to manage and grow the responsible accounts to achieve sales target.Develop strategy to manage and grow the responsible region to achieve sales target.
- Identify and regularly contact the major influencers of projects including end user and consultant
- Provide presentation, demonstration and training to customer
- Collect market intelligence to the support team in order to improve product market competitiveness
- To be able to work autonomously with a minimum of supervision and be enthusiastic, results oriented.
- Effectively utilize company resource to achieve assigned sales target
- Minimum 5 years sale experience, AIDC industry background is preferred.
- Ability to develop new business and new customers
- Good technical and engineering degree background, with technical support experience preferred
- Direct sales experience, able to contact and manager relationship with end-user and consultant
- Good presentation and communication skill
- Good in mandarin Chinese and English
PSS verbiage
Honeywell recently announced plans to sell its Product Solutions and Services (PSS) business to Brady Corporation. At this time, we anticipate that the deal will close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. We expect this role, dedicated to the PSS business, will be part of this future transaction when it closes.
