View All Jobs Assistant Manager, Estimations & Proposals General Fabrication BusinessBangaloreApply NowJob DescriptionKey Responsibilities: -  Review RFQs, drawings, specifications, and BOQs. -  Prepare accurate cost estimates for structural steel fabrication, painting, and erection. -  Perform quantity take-offs from structural drawings and 3D models. -  Evaluate material requirements, fabrication hours, subcontracting, and logistics costs. -  Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and project teams during bid preparation. -  Identify project risks, exclusions, and value engineering opportunities. -  Prepare commercial and technical bid documentation within project timelines.Job RequirementBachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Structural Engineering. 5–8 years of experience in estimation for structural steel fabrication projects. Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, welding, painting, and erection methodologies. Ability to interpret structural drawings and project specifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation tools. Knowledge of Tekla, AutoCAD, or similar software is an added advantage. Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.Apply Now
