Accountabilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery of audiovisual (AV) projects, including planning, execution, installation, and commissioning phases.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineers, technicians, vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans while tracking progress against key milestones.
- Oversee technical implementation of AV systems, ensuring alignment with design specifications and client requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing clear updates, managing expectations, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with technical standards, safety requirements, and organizational procedures.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and operations teams to optimize deployment processes and project efficiency.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement coordination, and equipment logistics to support project execution.
- Provide post-installation support coordination and ensure successful handover to operations or support teams.
- 5+ years of experience in AV project management, technical project delivery, or related IT/engineering fields.
- Strong understanding of audiovisual systems, collaboration technologies, and enterprise AV infrastructure.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-site projects with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Strong project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interface with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools and collaboration platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel as required for project execution and client site coordination.
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
- Competitive salary range of $115,000 – $135,000 annually
