As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will partner with executive leaders to connect AI, innovation, and cloud technology with measurable business outcomes that improve experiences and strengthen organizational performance.

  • Healthcare: Workforce shortages, patient experience, financial sustainability, revenue cycle visibility, compliance, care coordination, operational efficiency, AI assisted clinical and administrative workflows.

  • Life Sciences: Product commercialization, clinical operations, regulatory compliance, inventory traceability, global expansion, quality management, research investment, data driven decision making.

  • Hospitality: Guest experience, labor optimization, property operations, food and beverage profitability, procurement, financial visibility, loyalty, personalized service through AI.

  • Public Sector: Budget accountability, transparency, procurement modernization, grants management, project delivery, workforce productivity, digital citizen services, operational resilience.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs, Executive Directors, and operational leaders to define AI enabled transformation strategies.

  • Lead discovery sessions that focus on mission outcomes, operational excellence, and business value before technology.

  • Deliver compelling demonstrations connecting finance, operations, planning, procurement, projects, analytics, and AI into a unified business story.

  • Become the trusted industry advisor across Healthcare, Life Sciences, Hospitality, and Public Sector organizations.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success to create exceptional customer experiences.

  • Develop industry thought leadership, demonstration assets, and executive presentations.

  • Represent Oracle NetSuite at executive briefings, customer events, and industry conferences while mentoring fellow Solution Consultants.

 

 

Who Thrives in This Role?

You may have built your career in healthcare administration, life sciences, hospitality operations, government, ERP consulting, finance transformation, enterprise software, or business consulting. You are energized by solving meaningful business challenges, comfortable engaging executive leaders, and passionate about using AI to improve outcomes for patients, guests, employees, and communities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Solution Consulting, ERP Consulting, Sales Engineering, Business Consulting, Operations, Professional Services, or related experience.
  • Experience supporting Healthcare, Life Sciences, Hospitality, Public Sector, or adjacent industries.
  • Strong understanding of ERP, Financial Management, Procurement, Planning, CRM, Analytics, or Enterprise Applications.
  • Executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in AI and emerging technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from $44.38 to $80.29 per hour; from: $92,300 to $167,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 65/35 - 80/20.


Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
