We are currently seeking a Z3_Lead Full Stack Developer|Core Java, Full Stack developer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Job Description: Senior Full Stack Developer (6–9 Years)
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications across frontend, backend, and cloud layers
• Own and deliver High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for complex distributed systems
• Architect and implement microservices-based applications using Java Spring Boot and Python frameworks
• Develop intuitive, high-performance user interfaces using Vue.js and modern UI design practices
• Apply enterprise design patterns and microservices design principles to ensure scalability, maintainability, and resilience
• Build and manage RESTful APIs, integrations, and backend services
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring reliability and scalability
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, enabling continuous delivery and automation
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and automation
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security, and best engineering practices
• Lead technical discussions, perform code reviews, and ensure code quality across the team
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and optimize system performance
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical leadership and direction

Required Technical Skills
Backend Development
• Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Microservices architecture)
• Proficiency in Python (Flask/Django/FastAPI)
• Experience designing scalable APIs, distributed systems, and backend services
Frontend Development
• Hands-on experience with Vue.js
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with responsive design, UI/UX best practices
Architecture & Design
• Strong experience in High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD)
• Deep understanding of:
o Enterprise Design Patterns (Layered, MVC, Clean Architecture, etc.)
o Microservices Design Patterns (API Gateway, Circuit Breaker, Service Discovery, Event-driven patterns)
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant systems
Cloud & DevOps
• Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
• Strong hands-on experience in DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI/CD)
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code
• Understanding of monitoring, logging, and production operations
Database
• Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases
Leadership & Ownership
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team of developers and drive technical initiatives
• Own delivery from design to deployment and production support
• Ability to make architectural decisions and influence technical direction
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments
Experience & Qualifications
• 6–9 years of experience in full-stack software development
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science / engineering or related field
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale applications
Soft Skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work in cross-functional and fast-paced environments
• Strong ownership mindset and accountability
Good to Have
• Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka, messaging systems)
• Exposure to AI/ML integration or intelligent applications
• Knowledge of GraphQL APIs and API gateways
• Contributions to innovation, automation, or process improvements
