Learn more on our Careers Website.About The RoleThe Field Service Engineer II (FSEII) is a field-based technical expert responsible for servicing and supporting Opentrons’ liquid-handling robotics portfolio. This role owns the maintenance, repair, and performance optimization of instruments across the installed base. You will ensure customers experience seamless, reliable operation within the Opentrons ecosystem by providing expert technical service and outstanding customer support.We are deeply customer-obsessed, and your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and retention. This role requires strong technical proficiency and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly and professionally.This is a remote, field-based role covering the West Coast with travel across the United States and Canada, and occasional international support as needed.
