This role owns the maintenance, repair, and performance optimization of instruments across the installed base. You will ensure customers experience seamless, reliable operation within the Opentrons ecosystem by providing expert technical service and outstanding customer support.We are deeply customer-obsessed, and your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and retention.
