Senior Product Enablement Manager
The Product Enablement Manager transforms product strategy into sales-ready enablement that empowers Channel Account Managers, partners, and sellers to confidently position, demonstrate, and sell our solutions. This position reports to the Head of Global Channel Enablement in Sydney, Australia, working within a globally distributed enablement team.
This role serves as the bridge between Product Marketing, Go-To-Market teams, and Global Enablement, ensuring product strategy, messaging, and roadmaps translate into practical enablement that supports real customer conversations and partner selling motions.
Key Responsibilities
Product Enablement Approach
- Take charge of the product enablement approach, making certain sellers and partners can effectively position and showcase product value.
- Translate product roadmap updates, launches, and GTM priorities into practical sales enablement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement Content Development
- Partner with Product Marketing and GTM teams to understand product messaging, strategy, and upcoming releases.
- Contribute to sales messaging, positioning, and enablement assets.
Build enablement assets including:
- Sales playbooks
- Product positioning guides
- Demo frameworks
- Customer conversation strategies
- Partner enablement resources
- Deliver enablement through webinars, workshops, live sessions, and on-demand learning.
Solution Consultant Collaboration & Global Enablement Support
- Work with global Solution Consultant teams to develop and deliver product demos and webinars aligned to value-based selling.
- Support product launches, roadmap updates, and strategic enablement initiatives.
- Ensure content is scalable and accessible across global enablement platforms.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in product activation, product marketing, sales support, or solution consulting
- Strong understanding of product positioning and enterprise sales motions
- Ability to translate product capabilities into clear customer value
- Experience building sales playbooks, demos, and product training
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing, and sales teams
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Training & Development, Adult Learning, Business, Marketing, or related field
- 6–8+ years of background in product enablement, sales enablement, product marketing, or technical training in a technology company
- Proven experience translating product strategy into sales-ready enablement
- Experience delivering in-person and virtual training
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Experience with Adobe Digital Media products
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams
Travel
- Regional travel 1–2 times per quarter
- Global travel 2–3 times per year

Expected Pay Range:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $143,100 -- $248,400 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

In California, the pay range for this position is $171,600 - $248,400
In New York, the pay range for this position is $171,600 - $248,400
In Illinois, the pay range for this position is $155,500 - $225,250

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
