Responsibilities
We are seeking a Strategic Partnerships Lead Associate to support Peraton’s relationships with leading cloud and emerging technology providers, including AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, NVIDIA, and next‑generation AI and cyber platforms. Based in Reston, Virginia, this role will help Peraton integrate new technologies into mission solutions and support growth opportunities across federal and national security customers. You will work closely with engineering, capture, delivery, and alliances teams to help coordinate partner activities, gather technology insights, and support development of partner‑aligned solutions and go‑to‑market efforts. Roles and Responsibilities:Partner Support & CoordinationAssist in managing relationships with hyperscalers and strategic technology partnersSupport development of partnership plans aligned to mission and business needsCoordinate meetings, briefings, and communication with partner teamsResearch partner offerings, programs, and market opportunities across federal agenciesHelp prepare materials for internal reviews, partner updates, and strategy discussionsEnsure internal teams are informed and aligned on partner initiativesSolution & Innovation SupportCollaborate with engineering and architecture teams to gather technical information and support creation of joint solution materialsHelp track partner programs, incentives, and technical enablement resourcesAssist with development of reusable partner‑aligned solution artifacts and summariesMarket Development & Pipeline SupportSupport identification of partner‑related opportunities and co‑sell activitiesHelp track pipeline activities, partner engagements, and opportunity statusAssist capture and proposal teams by gathering partner inputs, documentation, and technical materialsMaintain dashboards or trackers for joint pursuits, engagements, and performance metrics
Qualifications
Required Qualifications5 years of experience with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhDAdditional 4 years of experience will be considered in lieu of formal educationExperience in technology partnerships, cloud ecosystems, federal technology roles, business development, or related fieldsBasic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and emerging technology trendsExperience supporting technical teams, capture efforts, or technology initiativesStrong communication, organization, and project coordination skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a matrixed environmentDC Metro Area locationUS CitizenshipAbility to obtain TS/SCI clearanceAbility to travel up to 10%Desired QualificationsExposure to federal contracting or mission‑focused technology programsActive TS/SCI clearance
