Accountabilities:
- Partner with regional and district leadership to develop and execute people strategies that support business objectives, organizational capability, and long-term growth.
- Lead talent and performance management initiatives by strengthening succession planning, leadership development, internal talent pipelines, and performance planning processes.
- Drive recruiting and selection strategies to attract, assess, and hire high-quality leadership talent while promoting diversity and inclusive hiring practices.
- Deliver and support training programs that enhance leadership effectiveness, accelerate employee development, and improve organizational performance.
- Monitor employee engagement, workplace culture, and staffing stability while partnering with employee relations teams to address workplace concerns and improve retention.
- Analyze workforce metrics, staffing trends, and talent data to identify opportunities, forecast future needs, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with recruiters, resource partners, and operational leaders to ensure effective workforce planning and organizational readiness.
- Support change management initiatives and contribute to a positive, values-driven work environment focused on continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience supporting multi-location organizations.
- Demonstrated success developing talent strategies, leadership pipelines, performance management programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong experience in recruitment, succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with experience using HR data to drive decisions.
- High level of adaptability, initiative, and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using HR technologies and business systems to support workforce planning and reporting.
- Ability to travel approximately 25%–50% as required.
- Must be based in California or Washington and able to work remotely.
- Competitive salary ranging from $97,377 to $155,802, based on experience and qualifications.
