Your new role
As a Jr. Creative Producer, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of creative campaigns and content projects across multiple platforms. Acting as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and the Creative Services team, you will ensure the successful development and delivery of marketing campaigns, events, activations, and production initiatives.
You will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from concept development and pre-production through execution and final delivery—while managing timelines, budgets, resources, and quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to balance creative vision with operational excellence.
Your role accountabilities:
• Manage schedules, resources, budgets, legal and procurement workflows, and execution plans.
• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of all production milestones.
• Coordinate across creative, marketing, and production teams to align deliverables.
• Lead status updates, reporting, and documentation.
• Ensure ongoing communication across all stakeholders.
• Monitor risks and implement solutions as needed.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external vendors throughout all stages of production.
• Act as a bridge between Marketing, Creative Services, Procurement, Legal, and external partners to ensure alignment and seamless communication.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring transparency, responsiveness, and trust.
• Provide consistent updates and reporting to the Production Manager / Senior Manager on project status, risks, and needs.
Qualification & Experiencie:
• Bachelor´s degree in any related area;
• Advanced English
• Experience in production, project management, account management, or similar roles in marketing, creative services, or agency environments.
• Proven team/ stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage production sowtware (Monday or similar) and to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of production workflows and project management methodologies.
• Experience managing budgets, procurement processes, and legal approvals.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
