How you will do it

  • Resolve operational, customer service and/or employee issues.
  • Interact with external and internal customers via telephone, email
  • Promote a positive customer service atmosphere.
  • Initiate necessary action when irregular signals are received, or trouble develops.
  • Work with outside repair technicians, and internal JCI contacts to ensure that signals are received properly and that circuits and signaling devices are restored to normal operation.
  • Must be able to adhere to standard operating procedures and special instructions.
  • Respond quickly and precisely to incoming phone calls.
  • Document all alarm activity and subscriber phone calls via PC and activity reports.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Training

  • Comprehensive 4-to-6-week paid training program provided by the company.
  • Training is conducted on a daytime schedule to ensure your success in the role.

Current Shift Openings

This is primarily an in-office position. Hybrid or remote work arrangements may be considered based on business needs and management discretion. We are currently hiring for the following shifts.
  • 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

What we look for

Required

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • English fluency and/or bilingual proficiency in French.
  • Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends as needed.
  • Permanent shift assignments are awarded based on seniority.

Preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency with strong keyboarding skills (40+ WPM preferred).
  • Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable managing potential emergency situations with composure and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.

    HIRING SALARY RANGE: $39,000-45,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
