Accountabilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of internal events that support company culture, leadership priorities, and employee engagement.
- Serve as a strategic partner to executive stakeholders, contributing insights, planning support, and innovative approaches to event programs.
- Manage all aspects of event operations, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, contracts, catering, audiovisual requirements, transportation, setup, and post-event activities.
- Partner with marketing and internal teams to ensure event communications, presentations, signage, and branded materials are aligned and delivered effectively.
- Coordinate on-site event execution, proactively resolving challenges and ensuring smooth experiences for attendees and stakeholders.
- Own event budgets, track expenses, reconcile costs, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with venues, suppliers, and external partners while developing a centralized vendor network.
- Analyze event performance through feedback, surveys, and reporting to identify improvements for future programs.
- Manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while maintaining organization, attention to detail, and high-quality execution.
- 6–8+ years of experience in corporate event management, marketing operations, project management, or related fields, ideally within a multi-market or national organization.
- Proven experience managing complex, high-impact events and programs with strong attention to detail and operational discipline.
- Deep knowledge of event planning processes, logistics, vendor management, budgeting, and marketing collaboration.
- Experience using event registration and management platforms such as Cvent, EventSpark, or similar tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects, manage competing deadlines, and adapt in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent judgment, problem-solving abilities, and confidence making decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with executives, teams, and external partners.
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to planning and execution.
- Ability to work flexible hours when needed to support event schedules, deadlines, and business requirements.
- Competitive base salary range of $110,000–$130,000 USD, with eligibility for additional incentive compensation.
