The Opportunity
The team drives Adobe Express Photos, one of the fastest growing apps within Adobe's creative suite, delivering Express value to users in the native desktop context. Adobe Express Photos is Adobe’s free and easy-to-use desktop app for Knowledge Workers to capture, edit, and enhance images and screenshots with AI-powered tools and seamless Adobe Express integration.

Our goal is to recruit the best candidates and provide outstanding employee experiences that prioritize respect, enjoyment, and equal opportunities for all. As the owner of the strategy for image editor tools and AI-workflows, you will be instrumental in improving Express Photo's core user experience.

What you'll do

  • Join a team where you help build image editing workflows for businesses, students, and creatives.
  • Build an AI-first strategy for Express value integration within the Photos app that is deeply rooted in user JTBDs and pain points: research how users engage with imaging, viewing, AI-driven editing, and AI-led design workflows, and develop a recommendation on how best to serve monetizable value to our users.
  • Leverage AI tools to drive deep research and conduct direct user research/interviews to understand user JTBDs, unmet needs, and what would genuinely delight them across their desktop workflows
  • Build frameworks to evaluate Express feature integration opportunities by user impact, technical feasibility, and monetization potential in a fast-changing AI landscape
  • Identify integrated Express features, AI value and native Photos capabilities that represent the strongest premium opportunities, with supporting willingness-to-pay analysis
  • Present integration strategy and roadmap – including prioritization, timelines and monetization recommendations to product and executive stakeholders
  • Talk to customers as often as possible through user interviews, on-demand user testing services, etc. Understand what customers want, but also identify their unspoken, unmet needs.
  • Be a mentor and iterate on team processes to drive outstanding Product Management.
  • Work at a rapid pace and build an environment where others are passionate about keeping up with you.
  • Have fun.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in product management — At least 3-5 years, preferably with relevant design-focused mobile and web applications. You are excellent at collaborating with various products, coordinating across diverse groups such as customers, partners, and colleagues. A background in design or design systems is an advantage.
  • Insatiable curiosity for user problems — Passionate about solving complex system-based problems, have opinions on where the market is going, and always eager to learn more.
  • Product-led growth mindset — Run growth product experiments with a track record of learning fast to optimize an experience to reach a metric.
  • Resourceful and imaginative – Have the ability to translate creative thought into practical action with the team and tools at your disposal. Your boundless optimism always finds a way to get things done.
  • Team Cheerleader— Have a persuasive, upbeat, and collaborative style that rallies everyone cross-functionally to align on and deliver the best possible solutions for users.
  • Outstanding organization — Move forward multiple initiatives simultaneously and proactively communicate status with executives and partners.
  • Strong analytical abilities – An uncanny ability to synthesize information from a variety of sources to make thoughtful real-time decisions and present impact to senior leaders.
  • Excellent Communication skills – You can clearly and compellingly communicate a point of view to executives and peers through written documentation or verbal presentations.
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
