Our App Marketplace is a critical growth lever — connecting home service professionals with the tools they need to run their businesses while extending Jobber's platform value through a thriving ecosystem of integrated software partners.The role:We are hiring a Senior Partner Program Manager to own the strategy, operations, and growth of Jobber's ISV Marketplace program and scale the systems that attract, enable, and retain high-quality marketplace partners.This role sits at the intersection of program management, platform strategy, and partner operations. You will define and execute the end-to-end marketplace partner experience — from recruitment and onboarding through listing optimization and ongoing performance management — while building the scalable frameworks, tooling, and governance needed to grow the marketplace into a best-in-class ecosystem.This is a highly strategic and operationally driven role requiring strong program management discipline, commercial thinking, cross-functional leadership, and experience scaling marketplace or platform partner programs in a fast-growing environment.Travel to partner sites and industry conferences will be required.As the Senior Partner Program Manager, you will own:Marketplace Strategy & Program DesignOwn the end-to-end ISV Marketplace program strategy and operating modelDefine marketplace partner tiers, requirements, benefits, and engagement standardsDesign and implement scalable onboarding, certification, and listing quality frameworksEstablish program policies, governance standards, and partner guidelines that maintain marketplace integrityDevelop the marketplace partner lifecycle from recruitment through scale with a programmatic approachContinuously benchmark against industry-leading marketplaces to evolve Jobber's programMarketplace Operations & PerformanceOptimize marketplace operational processes including the process for listing reviews, partner communications, and program complianceResponsible for operational process for external third-party marketplace listingsDefine and track marketplace health metrics, partner performance indicators, and ecosystem KPIsBuild reporting frameworks and dashboards that surface actionable insights to leadershipManage 1: many communications with partners...
