You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us!

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Manage the department's guest service standards, guest service initiatives, and productivity standards
  • Coach the leadership team to optimize performance and develop department-wide solutions to improve the guest experience
  • Lead significant improvement initiatives and processes to enhance performance for employees and leaders
  • Provide input on the research, development, evaluation, and implementation of new products, services, standards, technology, and processes to maintain a competitive position and anticipate changing customer needs in a complex hospitality and gaming environment
  • Lead experienced leaders in implementing and sustaining policies, operating procedures, directives, and the Collective Bargaining Agreement

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Two (2) years of prior relevant experience in the direction and management of employees in a similar hotel environment
  • Experience leading union team members and working within a collective bargaining environment preferred
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, bilingual highly preferred
  • Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
