Field Marketing Specialist – Nordics
Location: Oslo, Norway
Position: 4 days in office
Language: Fluent English and Finnish/Norwegian

Based in Norway or Finland, this position will report to the Director, Field Marketing Nordics and will be working closely with sales and channel departments.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with Director, Field Marketing Nordics and the in-country sales leadership teams to develop and execute marketing plans which drive pipeline, leads and brand awareness per country in line with the EMEA marketing strategy and the countries’ sales priorities
- Trusted Advisor in guiding the leaders on the planning of the key investments through out the fiscal year to increase revenue and wallet spent
- Plan and follow execution of joint marketing activities for demand creation with key partners.
- Work with different Fortinet teams (e.g. EMEA Business Development, in-country Sales, channel marketing and Demand Center) to ensure closed-loop lead generation process around field marketing activities
- General coordination of the region’s events such as end customer and industry conferences. This includes the preparation and follow up for each event
- Manage relationships with local agencies and track spend through internal tools
- Creation of MDF Purchase Requisitions, invoices management and budget tracking
- Leverage ABM as a digital mean to reach prospects earlier in the buying cycle
- Work closely with sales and BDRs on intent tracking through company tools
- Assignment of leads to the relevant campaign and sales representative in Salesforce.com, track ROI on each activity
- Other duties as assigned
Profile / Education / Experience
- At least 5-8 years’ experience in IT Field Marketing in Nordics/EMEA
- Clear understanding and demonstrated track record across all tactics, with integrated marketing, communications, and PR tactics to drive the pipeline: digital campaigns, call out campaigns, event management, high-touch tactics, etc.
- Demonstrated success in driving marketing campaigns and promotions to meet the revenue goals of sales teams
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to work cross-functionally to plan and execute successful marketing programs
- Ability to manage the planning and execution of programs in a deadline-driven environment
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, responsive, strong organization and communication skills
- Knowledge of CRM Systems and how to maximize them for efficient lead distribution and reporting
- Good English language communication skills, both written and oral and Finnish or Norwegian
- Proficient use of MS Office applications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related degree
