The Boeing CompanyThe Boeing Company is currently seeking an Agile Solutions Manager to support a complex cross-functional program within the Air Dominance organization for program A-MH in Berkeley, MO.
This role will work across program segments and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to coordinate, standardize, and improve execution practices across the program. The Agile Solutions Manager will lead the Agile Steering Committee, with representation from all program segments, and will be responsible for standardizing and leading quarterly Program Increment (PI) planning, aligning sprint execution, and using metrics to inform program execution and decision-making.
This position is ideal for a highly motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented individual who can drive alignment across multiple teams, promote consistency in execution practices, and help teams deliver with greater transparency, predictability, and efficiency. Applicable and appropriate educational/certification credentials from an accredited institution and/or equivalent experience is required.
Position Responsibilities:
Leads large-scale execution and improvement initiatives across program segments and IPTs
Coordinates and standardizes workflows, planning practices, and execution processes across all program segments and teams
Chairs and facilitates the Agile Steering Committee, ensuring alignment, engagement, and follow-through across the program
Standardizes and leads quarterly PI planning activities across segments and teams
Supports sprint alignment, cadence, and integration across multiple teams
Partners with program leadership and stakeholders to remove impediments, resolve dependencies, and support program objectives
Supports continuous improvement efforts and organizational assessments to identify opportunities to enhance operational and delivery maturity across the program
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/ Experience):
Active Secret U.S. Security Clearance. (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)
10+ years of experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
Experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation and completion
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Associate degree or higher
Experience leading large-scale standardization efforts across multiple teams or program segments
Experience facilitating planning events, sprint activities, and cross-functional coordination
Ability to establish and manage partnerships across organizational levels
Ability to manage competing priorities and drive alignment in a dynamic environment
Demonstrated ability to influence others and build commitment to shared objectives
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with quarterly PI planning in an Agile environment
Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or hybrid Agile models
Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration tools
Strong understanding of metrics, delivery flow, execution reporting, and continuous improvement methods
Experience supporting large-scale, cross-functional programs
Demonstrated ability to support organizational learning, training, and Agile adoption
