Internship Dates: Aug 31 to Dec 18, 2026 (4 months internship)

Location: The position is based at our Mississauga location, internship from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

Our expectations:

Comply with and actively participate in Safety and Quality policies and initiatives

Drive and actively participate in continuous improvement projects on the Production shop floor that have a real impact on the company

Assist to successfully resolve technical issues during engine build/test using CORE principals

Review Production metrics and address KPI shortfalls with innovative solutions

What you need to be successful?

Be eligible to work in Canada

Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship

Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable

Pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

Excellent communication skills in English (spoken/written). French is an asset

Assets:

Organizational skills and ability to work under pressure with competing and varying priorities.
