What You Will Do:
Develop, organize, and maintain training materials, user guides, standard operating procedures, job aids, and other documentation to support team and organizational needs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather information, identify documentation requirements, and ensure content is accurate, clear, and current.
Create and deliver training content for clients, including presentations, workshops, and other instructional materials that support learning and adoption.
Review, edit, and update existing documentation to improve usability, consistency, and alignment with policies, processes, and systems.
Support onboarding and ongoing training initiatives by providing resources, answering questions, and helping users understand procedures and tools.
Maintain documentation libraries and training records, ensuring materials are organized, accessible, and version-controlled.
Assist with process improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to streamline documentation and enhance training effectiveness.
What You Will Need:
Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
Associate’s degree or additional 2 years experience in lieu of Degree.
Minimum 2 years experience in training, technical writing, documentation development, instructional design, or a related role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and user-friendly way.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Experience supporting training or documentation within an IT, grants, or administrative environment.
Familiarity with digital adoption platforms such as WalkMe, content management systems, or documentation platforms.
Experience creating online learning content, tutorials, or process maps.
Knowledge of adult learning principles or instructional design best practices.
Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced organization.
