Are you in?Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new roleTake full responsibility for the architecture of our next-generation MCU platformDefine the MCU product platform and feature set in alignment with market requirements and business goalsCollaborate with Technical Marketing and customers to define, refine, and validate use casesTranslate market insights and customer needs into clear product requirements and technical specificationsEvaluate and prioritize change requests based on technical impact, feasibility, and strategic fitCoordinate cross-functional initiatives to drive innovation across engineeringSupport the product development process as a dedicated point of contact and technical partnerYour ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeedA Master Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field At least 6 years of experience in MCU, semiconductors, or embedded systems development Experience in product architecture, platform definition, or system engineering Knowledge of MCU architectures such as ARM Cortex, RISC-V, or similar Understanding of embedded software, peripherals, interfaces, and system integration Experience translating market and customer requirements into technical specifications and supporting product lifecycle management activities Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across engineering, marketing, and business teams, supported by strong communication and stakeholder management skills Strategic and systems-level thinking and project or technical leadership experienceFluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
