Myagi enables these brands to build advocacy, collect valuable feedback, and ultimately drive sell-through and improve the customer experience.Position SummaryWe are seeking a Project Manager to support customer onboarding and implementation projects within the Professional Services team. This role will work closely with Rallyware Business Solution and Technical Solution Consultants, as well as customer project and technical teams, to coordinate onboarding activities and ensure successful implementation delivery for enterprise clients.Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff through go-liveCoordinate activities across Rallyware consultants, internal stakeholders, and customer teamsMaintain project plans, timelines, status updates, and project documentationDrive cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment between business and technical workstreamsTrack risks, dependencies, escalations, and action items to support smooth project executionFacilitate project meetings, communicate progress updates, and manage stakeholder expectationsSupport launch coordination, incident management, and post-launch follow-upsEnsure proactive, transparent communication throughout the project lifecycleRequired Qualifications & Skills3–5 years of project management, onboarding, or implementation experienceExperience working with enterprise customers in Professional Services, SaaS, or consulting environmentsC1+ English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent stakeholder management, client-facing communication, and presentation skillsStrong prioritization, organizational, and time management skillsExperience coordinating cross-functional business and technical teamsKnowledge of Agile project management methodologiesStrong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilitiesExperience with risk identification, assessment, mitigation, and escalation managementAbility to make...
