As a Lead Scientist you will lead and manage an off-site Professional Scientific Staffing (PSS) team of analytical staff to ensure that team is operating at the highest quality and productivity standards, have high morale and retention, and the agreed customer requirements are entirely satisfied and that customer expectations are met or exceeded through effective leadership and quality operational management.  This person will be the key point of contact for the client on a day-to-day basis.Job Responsibilities that you be covering:You will provide analytical support for Eurofins’ drug substance manufacturing and method development projects, delivering high-quality analytical testing in line with client and regulatory requirements.You will perform project analysis, method development activities, forced degradation studies, proof of concept validation work, and data interpretation to support scientific objectives.You will contribute to the authoring and review of key analytical documentation, including Analytical Testing Plans, method protocols, and validation protocols, according to your skills and experience.You will work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring accurate, innovative, and timely delivery of analytical solutions.You will apply strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills to investigate challenges, think logically, and develop effective scientific approaches to complex projects.You will communicate scientific findings and ideas effectively with internal and external stakeholders while contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and professional development within Eurofins.QualificationsWhat skills, qualifications and experiences you will hold as an Analytical Chemical Development Scientist:You will hold a degree in...
