JOB PURPOSE
This role exists to drive the successful rollout of master data solutions across European markets, ensuring teams can rely on accurate, consistent, and high-quality data to make better decisions every day.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the deployment of master data solutions across assigned European markets, ensuring effective planning, execution, and stabilization
Act as the primary point of contact for local stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment with global standards
Coordinate testing activities with business users, ensuring solutions meet business needs before go-live
Drive user adoption by delivering training, guidance, and clear, user-friendly documentation
Monitor and improve data quality, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions
Track and report key performance indicators, deployment progress, risks, and outcomes
Identify and escalate risks or challenges proactively, ensuring timely resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align priorities and continuously improve processes and solutions
Support data migration activities to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness
Promote best practices in data governance and ensure compliance with established standards
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Strong understanding of Customer and Product master data, data quality, and data governance principles, in addition to MDM tools & technology
Demonstrated experience in leading or supporting system or data deployments in complex environments
Experience coordinating testing activities and working closely with business stakeholders
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Fluency in English
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience working across multiple countries or in a Global environment
Knowledge of business processes such as CD, Finance, or Supply Chain
Experience in training users and supporting organizational change initiatives
