Are you a natural organiser and problem-solver who enjoys being the person everyone relies on to keep things moving - juggling priorities, talking to people all day and getting orders out of the door on time and in full?

At A-SAFE, we design and manufacture world-leading safety barriers and protection systems used in warehouses, factories, airports and logistics centres across the globe. As an Inter-company Service Co-ordinator, you’ll be the vital link between our operations team and our global sales entities - making sure the right stock is in the right place and every order reaches our customers on time and in full.

This is a fast-paced, varied and genuinely pivotal role. You’ll be the single point of contact for a group of sales entities and their warehouses, planning and re-planning each day to keep service moving - solving problems, setting priorities and keeping everyone informed. It’s a role with real ownership and huge exposure across the business: practically every sales order we take passes through this team’s hands.

The role has fixed hours (approximately 10:00–18:30) so we can extend our support across international time zones.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Act as the single point of contact between Operations and a group of global sales entities and their warehouses.
  • Create weekly replenishment and stock orders to keep entity warehouses at the right levels.
  • Run daily calls with your entities, working through the pick plan, priorities, issues and inbound stock.
  • Solve urgent order issues at pace - splitting orders, adjusting parts and finding practical solutions to keep service moving.
  • Own your On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) performance, lead times and overdue orders, working towards 98% OTIF on a 15-day lead time and maximising invoicing.
  • Manage pick plans and pick locations (the ‘Matrix’) to keep order fulfilment efficient and accurate.
  • Coordinate air freight and manage urgent and escalated orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Work closely with Planning, Procurement, Logistics, Warehouse, Commercial, Production and Quality teams to align activity with priorities.
  • Use NetSuite day to day, and help build reporting and improvements (e.g. OTIF reporting, Power BI dashboards) to make the function run better.

What we’re looking for:
  • A people person and clear communicator who can build relationships across teams, entities and time zones.
  • Detail-conscious and well-organised, comfortable managing your own time and priorities.
  • Adaptable and calm under pressure - happy when the to-do list changes and no two days are the same.
  • Self-sufficient, comfortable with change and quick to pick up new problems.
  • Resilient, with the emotional maturity to handle a busy role with lots of moving parts.
  • Confident with technology and systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook).
  • A customer-service mindset - experience supporting customers in any sector (B2B, retail, hospitality or similar) is what matters most.

You’ll also bring:
  • A genuine thirst to learn and the drive to make the role your own.
  • A practical problem-solving approach and an eye for how things could be done better.
  • Positive, engaging communication and the confidence to keep people informed and aligned.
  • Experience in using systems such as Power BI to develop and maintain dashboards (and tools like AI) to work smarter.

Desirable:
  • Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system.
  • A background in supply chain, inventory, planning, logistics or customer service.
  • Experience producing reports or dashboards (e.g. Power BI) or improving processes.
  • Experience juggling multiple stakeholders or priorities in a busy operational environment.

Why you’ll love working with us:
You’ll join a small, supportive team where this role has huge reach - you’ll work with almost every part of the business and see the direct impact of your work every day. It’s a role you can genuinely make your own: take on as much responsibility and ownership as you want, and grow with the function as it expands.
