Accountabilities:

As a Desenvolvedor de Software RPA, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that streamline business operations. You will analyze processes, build integrations, and ensure automated workflows deliver consistent performance and value.

• Design and develop attended and unattended automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and recommend process improvements.
• Create bots and scripts integrating APIs, databases, and web services.
• Develop and optimize automated workflows according to business requirements.
• Execute testing activities, document processes, and ensure automation governance and security standards.
• Monitor and maintain bots in production environments, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous operation.
• Support improvements to automation architecture, workflows, and operational efficiency.
• Apply best practices for version control, security, and automation lifecycle management.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong experience in RPA development, process automation, and system integrations, with the ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or in a mathematics-based field such as Engineering, Statistics, Physics, or Mathematics.
• Alternatively, a bachelor’s degree in a non-mathematical field combined with a postgraduate qualification in Information Technology.
• Solid professional experience developing, testing, and maintaining RPA solutions and system integrations.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and experience with attended and unattended automation.
• Experience analyzing and mapping business processes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Knowledge of SQL, API integrations, web services, and scripting languages such as Python.
• Experience with web scraping techniques and automation best practices.
• Understanding of security principles, version control, and bot governance.
• Technical English knowledge is desirable.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
