About the Program
At Marsh, we believe that we all learn in different ways. We learn from our experiences and challenges, through interactions with others and formal learning programs. This is the reason why your learning experience will be a mix of training and development program to provide you with an intense and comprehensive introduction to the world of risk and insurance broking
and a strong support network across the business that is committed to helping you succeed and fulfil your potential, by being assigned a mentor (a member of our senior leadership) and a buddy on top of your manager.
When you complete the 18-month program, your journey at Marsh is really just beginning! The program gives you a solid foundation so you can continue to add value and grow as a professional. As you can see, there are plenty of persons to support you on your growthpath!
Last but not least, we want to ensure that next to all of the above-mentioned aspects, you will benefit from a comprehensive and competitive compensation package. Our rewards package balance well-being and security while encouraging excellence through differentiated compensation for high performers. We are committed to pay equity.

Contributing to the accuracy, quality, and timeliness of team deliverables
Learning how Marsh advises clients through technical analysis and market engagement
What makes this role attractive
This is a strong opportunity for a graduate who wants to:

Learn how insurance programs are structured and negotiated in the market
Develop skills that are transferable across broking, analytics, and client advisory
Be part of a collaborative team that values learning, ownership, and growth
Work on real client challenges from day one
What we are looking for
We are looking for a graduate from any bachelor’s or master’s degree discipline who is:
Curious, analytical, and eager to learn
Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus)
Comfortable working with numbers and data
Well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities
A clear communicator with strong attention to detail
Collaborative, proactive, and professional
Interested in insurance, risk, and the commercial side of client service
Why join our team:
