Accountabilities:
- Draft and review legal documents and agreements based on customer requirements, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with requested specifications.
- Prepare legal documentation for review and approval before delivery to clients.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, account management, and platform-related questions with a focus on providing timely and effective support.
- Assist customers with technical setup processes, including configuring connections between their source code management platforms and ensuring proper administration.
- Support sales activities by engaging with prospects, answering questions, and providing guidance through email and website communication channels.
- Prepare customer reports based on provided information, ensuring insights are accurately documented and clearly communicated.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and overall service quality.
- Act as a trusted customer advocate by identifying challenges and helping users achieve successful outcomes.
- Experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, customer success specialist, or in a similar client-facing role.
- Strong ability to draft, review, and organize legal documents with attention to detail.
- Interest in LegalTech, SaaS platforms, and technology-enabled legal services.
- Excellent written English communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Comfortable using modern digital tools such as Google Docs and web-based platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and ownership.
