Accountabilities
- Plan, prepare, and conduct qualitative and quantitative user research studies.
- Design research materials, including surveys, questionnaires, usability tests, and interview guides.
- Support participant recruitment and coordinate user interviews and usability testing sessions.
- Collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data from research activities and analytics tools.
- Prepare research reports, presentations, and actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
- Maintain and continuously enrich the organization's user knowledge base.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to identify opportunities for improving the user experience.
- Conduct competitive research and benchmark industry best practices.
- Contribute to refining and improving research methodologies, workflows, and internal processes.
- Experience conducting both qualitative and quantitative UX research.
- Strong understanding of user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and user journey mapping.
- Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques.
- Ability to synthesize research findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Experience creating research reports, presentations, and stakeholder-ready documentation.
- Proficiency with collaboration and design tools such as Figma, Miro, or similar platforms.
- Experience using remote user testing and research tools.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- A degree or specialized training in UX Research, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field is considered an advantage.
