岗位职责
- 教授初中阶段国际英语课程（如ESL、IGCSE、IB MYP等），融合中国国家教材知识点进行差异化教学。
- 设计跨文化主题课程，培养学生语言能力与批判性思维。
- 担任班主任（优先考虑），负责班级文化建设、家校沟通及学生生涯规划指导。
- 参与学科组教研活动，主导课程开发与评估体系优化（有学科组长经验者优先）。
- 运用ATL技能（如研究、沟通）设计项目式学习任务。
We are currently recruiting a junior high school English teacher for a school in Zhuhai. The expected start date is immediately in 2026.
Job Responsibilities
Teach international English courses at the junior high school level (such as ESL, IGCSE, IB MYP, etc.), integrating Chinese national curriculum knowledge points for differentiated teaching.
Design cross-cultural themed courses to cultivate students' language skills and critical thinking.
Serve as a class teacher (preferred), responsible for class culture building, communication between home and school, and guidance on students' career planning.
Participate in subject group teaching research activities, lead the development of courses and the optimization of assessment systems (those with subject group leader experience are preferred).
Design project-based learning tasks using ATL skills (such as research, communication).
Requirements
- 学历背景：英语/教育硕士及以上，海外留学经历者优先。
- 教学经验：3年以上初中国际学校教学经验，熟悉Unlock、剑桥等课程体系。
- 核心能力：流利中英文授课，擅长分层教学与个性化辅导，熟悉IB/剑桥测评标准，能整合德育课程
- 加分项：持有TESOL/TEFL证书，有公开课展示或竞赛指导经验。
- Educational Background: Master's degree or above in English or Education, with overseas study experience preferred.
- Teaching Experience: More than 3 years of teaching experience in international primary schools, familiar with curriculum systems such as Unlock and Cambridge.
- Core Competencies: Fluent in both Chinese and English teaching, skilled in differentiated teaching and individualized tutoring, familiar with IB/Cambridge assessment standards, able to integrate moral education courses.
- Bonus Points: Hold TESOL/TEFL certificates, have experience in presenting public lessons or guiding competitions.
